If I choose to
use this program is my house going to be listed on the MLS
to sell?
No. The MLS, or Multiple Listing Service, is what real
estate agents use and this is a website that is strictly
"for sale by owner".
Are there
any hidden costs and what exactly are the fees?
No. There is only a one-time fee of $39 to upgrade from a free trial. You are not required
to upgrade in the event you sell your home and later receive
a lead from us.
There are two optional add-ons which carry a separate fee,
if you choose to buy them. They are 1) priority in the search
results and 2) extra images.
What percentage
of the sales price do you charge when my house sells?
We don't charge you any percentage of the sales price when
your house sells. The only fee you pay is a one-time fee
of $39 to upgrade from a free trial.

How will
I learn of any leads that have been generated?
Before you have upgraded, the only way a buyer can contact
you is through our online email system. We will instantly
notify you once a lead has been generated through this system
to the email address you used to register with us, and store
the lead in your online account. You will have access to
the lead once you upgrade.
If I choose
to have potential leads learn my phone number do you give
it to them or do you only give them a way to contact me?
Before you have upgraded, the only way a buyer can contact
you is through our online email system. After you upgrade,
you have the option of including your phone number on your
listing, within the custom description field. We will never
display your phone number to the public unless you have
included it in the description.
What happens
if someone contacts me through the lead system who is not
a buyer, and I pay to upgrade?
If this is your first lead, and only lead, just contact
us with a detailed email and we will refund your money
immediately if we can establish the lead as non-authentic.
Leads that qualify as non-authentic are:
- Leads from agents
- Leads from mortgage brokers
- Leads from other solicitors
Leads that qualify as authentic are:
- Leads from interested buyers, even if they end up deciding
to buy another property or no property at all
Be sure to mark the lead as non-authentic in your
account, if it is non-authentic, as this will help
prevent system "spam" from reaching other sellers.
How can
my property be included in the "featured homes"
list on the front page of FSBO3k.com?
All you need to do to be included in the rotation of featured
homes on our home page is to have at least one picture uploaded
to your listing, which must have an active status. There's
no cost - it's a free perk - so be sure to upload pictures
of your property!
