The front of the house has a large porch with combination windows and a new front door. We used this porch all winter because the pellet stove generated enough BTU's to heat it.

The in-law apartment was constructed in 3-2003, and it has its' own private entry.

It has a bedroom, open floor plan kitchen/livingroom and a bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink. In addition it has a like new stackable washer/dryer.

The kitchen has a electric stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.

The livingroom and bedroom are carpeted and the kitchen and bathroom have tiled floors.

Sliding glass doors lead from the kitchen to a private deck.

The apartment has a full basement with access via a bulk head.

This apartment can be legally rented for a great extra income.

The roof was replaced in 2003 with 30 year architectural shingles and vinyl siding was installed in 2003.

The back yard has a deck which is bordered by a well established perennial garden, fruit trees, rose bushes and many other perennials.

The front yard has lovely beach roses in front of the porch and flowering trees and shrubs to the side of the porch.
